Nutritional Harmony has entered products into this website with the upmost care and products have been categorised in good faith as per manufactures information, however, we are human and do make mistakes and we recommend that you check the list of ingredients and food intolerances at the time of ordering or before consuming to ensure the products strictly meet your dietary requirements. Nutritional Harmony staff will not offer advice or give suggestions on diet or allergy related issues, please see your doctor or other medical professional for advice.

Nutritional Harmony does not accept liability for any labelling misprints, product manufacturing issues, product contamination or any adverse reactions anyone consuming these products may have.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown including GST (where applicable) and are in Australian Dollars only. The amounts displayed are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to keep the price list as up to date as possible but some products may vary slightly due to price increases or decreases and we are not notified of these changes until we purchase goods from our supplier. 

A tax invoice will be issued and posted with your order.

Payment can be made either online or over the phone using Visa or Mastercard however, customers will need to register onto our site first so we can process the order. Direct Deposits are accepted for phone/email orders however goods will not be delivered until funds appear on our account. Please contact us for our bank details if you prefer this form of payment.

Delivery Information
We are an Adelaide based company and only deliver refrigerated/frozen goods to customers in the Adelaide metropolitan area.

Consumers are required to select the correct shipping option to ascertain delivery cost.
Adelaide consumers are to choose Adelaide Metro or Adelaide Outer Metro for flat rate delivery cost.
SA Country and Interstate Consumers choose Standard. Please ensure you select the correct option or delivery may be delayed while the difference is paid.  Interstate deliveries may take up to 10 working days depending on location and delays with Australia Post.

Adelaide Metropolitan Area Only $6.00 per delivery.
Adelaide Outer Metropolitan Areas $7.80 per delivery
SA Country Area
Dry Goods will be delivered to SA Country Areas and Interstate by Australia Post and will be charged in accordance with Australia Post rates plus a $ 3 Handling Fee will apply. Please include daytime contact number on your order.

Out of Stock/Discontinued Items
Items often become discontinued or unavailable in Australia without notification from our suppliers. We will endeavour to keep as up to date as possible on these items however we don't always find out until we order them from suppliers. We do not except backorders and you will be notified of items not available as soon as possible and offered a refund. Items not available will need to be reordered. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask you feel free to contact us on (08) 8244 4004 to track the availability of required products.

Returns/ Refund Policy
We endeavour to supply you with high quality products. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order if stock is damaged or the product received is not what you ordered to organise the product to be returned for a full replacement or refund. Any issues regarding the quality of a product should be referred to the manufacturer.
